Open daily beneath the legendary Barfly venue, Barfly Bar is a new home for music lovers in Camden.
At Barfly Bar, music is at the heart of everything we do. Drawing inspiration from Tokyo's renowned vinyl listening bars, the space has been designed around great records, exceptional sound and the simple pleasure of discovering music with friends. Alongside a selection of rock n' roll cocktails and great drinks, a carefully curated vinyl collection celebrates the artists, genres and records that helped shape Barfly's story.
At the heart of the bar sits a 1959 AMI jukebox, the same model as Amy Winehouse's iconic jukebox, alongside a growing collection of vinyl, music memorabilia, photography and artefacts from Barfly's remarkable history.
Whether you're joining us for a drink before a show, settling in for an evening of deep listening or discovering your next favourite record, Barfly Bar offers a different way to experience one of Camden's most legendary music venues.

Food & Drink
From day one, we've focused on sourcing premium products,developing bold flavours, and applying techniques more commonly found in professional kitchens than traditional chicken wing vendors. We believe comfort food deserves the same attention to detail as fine dining. A team built together from previous experiences and award winning kitchens has now become Wings & Springs.
Our menu is inspired by culinary influences from around the world. Drawing on techniques, flavours, and traditions learned acrossdifferent cuisines and cultures, we've created a unique approach that blends global inspiration with food people genuinely love to eat.
Combining bold Asian flavours, classic cooking techniques, and alove of great chicken, we set out to create something different fromthe average wing shop. From our free-range Black Norfolk chicken wings and handcrafted spring rolls to our loaded fries and signature sauces, every item is carefully developed to deliver maximum flavour, texture, and quality.
Signature Norfolk Black Chicken Wings
Our wings are made exclusively using premium free-range Norfolk Black chicken, selected for its superior flavour, texture, and quality & fried in our Secret Signature Coating.
Handcrafted Spring Rolls
Our spring rolls are a celebration of texture and craftsmanship. Each one is hand-rolled and filled with carefully developed flavour combinations that draw inspiration from cuisines around the world. Encased in a delicate, crisp pastry, they offer the perfect balance of crunch and rich, flavourful fillings, proving that a simple dish can become something extraordinary with creativity and attention to detail.
Signature Sauces
Every sauce at Wings & Springs is made from scratch and prepared fresh to ensure consistency, depth, and quality. From bold, fiery flavours to rich and comforting combinations, each recipe has been carefully developed and tested to complement our dishes rather than overpower them. The sauces are the heart of our menu, bringing together global influences and transforming familiar ingredients into something uniquely ours. There will be multiple guest flavours, including ones for Wing Fest 2026.

At the heart of Wings & Springs is our Signature Secret Seasoning – a carefully guarded blend of spices that has become synonymous with our brand. Whether dusted over our loaded fries, fried with chicken or special dishes, our Signature Seasoning has become a defining part of the Wings & Springs experience and one of our most talked-about creations.
