FAQS

Barfly does not handle ticketing at the Venue, therefore we do not sell tickets over the phone/ in person. Please see our ‘what’s on’ tab to purchase tickets (tickets will also be sold on the door on the day of the event). Whilst we will do our best to help with your ticketing enquiries, we recommend reaching out to the ticketing platform that you bought your ticket from with any refund requests or issues. Tixr enquiries can be found here.

Please note that Barfly is a cashless venue. Payments at our bars and cloakroom can be made by card or contactless only.

Generally, our age policy is 14 +. Age 16 or below must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Some events have further age restrictions or alterations, so please check at the time of your booking.

Professional photography equipment is not permitted in the venue unless you are an event accredited photographer.

We are committed to making our venue as accessible and inclusive as possible for all visitors. However, due to the building’s structure, there are some physical limitations. We aim to provide clear and transparent information to help you plan your visit.

The event room is located on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase with 22 steps. There is currently no lift or ramp access to this level.

Toilets are available on the same floor as the concert room. Please note there are an additional 2 steps leading to the toilet area. The restrooms are small and may not accommodate wheelchairs or those who require more space for mobility aids.

The pub is located on the ground floor. Entry to the pub requires stepping over one step at the entrance.

Additional toilets are available in the basement level (-1), which can only be accessed via a flight of stairs. There is no lift or step-free access to these facilities.

We understand these limitations may impact accessibility for some guests. If you have specific requirements or would like assistance during your visit, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help however we can.

Due to the staircase, the main room is not accessible for wheelchair users, however, we do offer to store foldable wheelchairs in the cloakroom for free and as well provide alternative seating.
