Originally released in November 1986, Broadcast introduced the world to ‘(I Just) Died In Your Arms’ — the US No.1 and UK No.4 hit that has since surpassed one billion streams — alongside US Top 10 follow-up I’ve Been In Love Before.

Four decades later, original members Nick van Eede, Colin Farley and Martin ‘Frosty’ Beedle are marking the anniversary by taking things back to where it began: an intimate rock ’n’ roll room.

As Nick explains:

“We thought it would be cool to celebrate 40 years of Broadcast by playing an intimate rock and roll show, at the sort of venue we were playing before it was released and it all went crazy. We haven’t played anywhere this small since!”

The show coincides with plans for a 40th anniversary vinyl edition of Broadcast — the album’s first vinyl reissue in more than 30 years, with further details still to come.
