Lydia May is a defiant voice in the alt rock scene, shaped by theatre classes and rock records into a sound that’s part performance, part confession. Her songs expose the monsters we’re taught to hide away, the very things her live shows refuse to shrink from.
She has supported Eileen Alister and Chloe Slater and sold out her first headline show earlier this year. This November, Lydia heads out on her debut headline tour, introducing a new character, THE PURGER, the first step in her most exciting chapter yet.
My debut EP is coming this Autumn, influences include Hayley Williams, Wolf Alice, Kate Bush, Florence + The Machine.
